MINUTES OF February 5, 2013 MEETING
Present: C. Edward Carlson, Marie Fredrickson, Priscilla (Pat) Lancaster, Michelle Pantaleo, Senior Services, Debbie Gaudette, Chair, Lillian Miceli, Senior Services
Absent: Edmond La Liberte, Jacqueline Pencz, Mary Ann lee
Guest: Marie Carlson, Michael Brinius.
Call to Order: meeting began at 2:00pm
Motion to Accept: January minutes: No motion made.
Old Business: Debbie will confirm mayor’s presences for Mayor’s breakfast that will be held on May 7, 2013 at 9:30am and will be held at the South End Senior Center. Marie will do the menu and Lillian the invitations.
Debbie will also be confirming with the Mayor the date of our senior picnic.
Marie explained the reasoning for the contest regarding the “theme” for this year’s senior picnic for Debbie.
New Business: none
Pending:
Two possible dates for the annual senior picnic are under consideration: September 10th and September 17th.
Purchase of 25 more chairs for the south end senior center. Dollar amount under consideration is $500.
Adjournment: Motion to adjourn was made by Pat Lancaster and seconded by Ed Carlson. Meeting adjourned at 2:20pm
